Kenya's Great Rift Valley shelters a chain of extraordinary soda and freshwater lakes, each with its own personality. Eight days exploring Lake Naivasha (hippos, fish eagles, Crescent Island walking safari), Lake Elementaita (400+ bird species, Soysambu Conservancy), Lake Nakuru (famous flamingo spectacle, white rhino sanctuary, Big Five), and Lake Bogoria (geysers, hot springs, more flamingos) — with a Hell's Gate game drive and optional rock climbing in between. No crowds, incredible birdlife, dramatic scenery.
Morning departure from Nairobi, scenic drive past the Rift Valley escarpment viewpoint. Arrive Lake Naivasha for check-in at a lakeside lodge. Afternoon boat ride on the lake spotting hippos, African fish eagles, pelicans, and kingfishers.
Morning guided nature walk along the lake shores. Transfer to Crescent Island — a unique walking safari with freely roaming giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and waterbucks (no predators). Afternoon at leisure. Optional visit to nearby flower farms.
